Every Detail. Every Feeling. Every Room.

Ninja Nay doesn’t plan events. She architects experiences.

Ninja The Event Curator

There is a difference between an event that runs smoothly and an event that stays with you.

A planner manages logistics. A curator shapes worlds.

Ninja Nay operates as an event architect — obsessively engineering the cohesion between theme, aesthetic, atmosphere, and presentation until every element of the room speaks the same language. The result is not just an event. It is an escape.

Guests don’t attend. They are engulfed.

The Ninja Nay Signature

Every event she touches carries three non-negotiables: the way it feels, the way it runs, and the way it is remembered long after the lights go down.

From intimate gatherings to large-scale cultural productions, brand activations to private celebrations — the scale changes. The standard never does.

NINJA NAY'S

Playlist Listening Party Series

Her most celebrated event series to date, The Ninja Nay Playlist Listening Party, is a masterclass in immersive curation. Each installment was built around a distinct theme — the playlist, the artists, the venue, the food, the bar, and every installation crafted in complete conversation with one another.

Nights at The Penthouse Floor-to-ceiling artwork. Craft cocktails. Sweeping penthouse views. A 90s R&B-inspired living room installation that transported guests into a world where the music was the main event. City lights as the backdrop, dim enough to feel intimate, and a soundtrack that knew when to make you move and when to let you linger. The kind of night where the skyline set the mood, the light asked you to stay a while, and the music knew exactly when to let the room breathe.

An afro-caribbean celebration held inside a luxury car showroom — a deliberate nod to the Caribbean's deep love affair with cars. Every artist featured carried afro-caribbean or African roots. The bar was rum-based. The food spoke to the diaspora. Installation areas included a Jamaican living room, a domino table, a hammock adorned with a Black Puerto Rican flag, and a Yemaya-inspired portrait of Ninja Nay herself alongside a drum and cigar. Nothing was decoration. Everything was intention.

For the lovers. A mood venue bathed in dim light, walls lined with art celebrating love and the body, a wine bar, fruit, chocolate, and a signature installation — a dimly lit living room with clothes tossed just so. The playlist said everything the room didn't need to.

Your Event Should Feel Like Somewhere People Never Want to Leave.
