Ninja Nay is a multi-disciplinary creative entrepreneur operating at the intersection of creative direction, brand strategy, visual storytelling, and personal transformation. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Management and a Master’s in Digital Marketing, she has spent over a decade translating that foundation into real-world impact. She is the founder of Alchemy Blue, a boutique creative agency specializing in branding, marketing, packaging design, and website development for small to medium-sized businesses.
As the architect of her own expansive brand universe and the author of Odyssey — a visual memoir documenting survival, identity, and the art of navigating this life — she speaks not from theory but from the trenches of building something real. She is also a two-time thyroid cancer survivor living with Lupus and she will be the first to tell you that navigating your health and your dreams at the same time is its own kind of creative act.
Her approach to speaking is as layered as her work: part storyteller, part strategist, part motivator. She meets every audience where they are and leaves them believing they can go further than they imagined.
